Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Pronto ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Pronto is a SaaS platform that enables professional photographers to:

• Upload, process and organize photographs
• Share galleries via QR codes
• Offer facial recognition for clients to find their photos
• Sell high-resolution photographs via integrated payment processing

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Pronto is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak or shared passwords. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User content

You retain intellectual property ownership of the photographs you upload. By using Pronto, you grant us a limited license to store, process and deliver your content as part of the Service. Do not upload content that:

• Violates third-party rights (including image rights)
• Contains illegal, pornographic, or hateful material
• Contains images of minors without documented parental consent

5. Facial recognition and biometric data

The Service uses facial recognition technology (AWS Rekognition) so clients can find their photos. As a photographer, you agree to:

• Obtain explicit consent from photographed individuals where law requires it (especially in the EU under GDPR Art. 9)
• Inform subjects about the use of facial recognition
• Allow subjects to request deletion of their biometric data

Biometric data (face prints) is stored encrypted, never sold, and deleted when the associated photo or album is removed.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Transactions are final once digital content is delivered. For refunds contact the photographer who sold you the photos. If a technical failure prevents access to your purchase, email support@theimpactguidance.com within 7 days.

7. Limitation of liability

Pronto is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance.

10. Governing law and contact
